Online Personal Support Session

Some people are happy to attend group or online sessions on a regular interval basis but there are others who prefer a little more support, for this our Online Personal Support sessions are available.

The sessions can cover Meditation and Mindfulness specific to yourself but the difference between these and the online MMM private sessions is that they can also be used to discuss any every day issues being experienced where we can offer support in other ways.
